Conversation with Courtney Anderson of the Sober Vibes Podcast
Feeling the Sober Vibes - Getting Real about Going Sober
Ever thought about going sober? I've got several friends and family members who have either drastically cut down or stopped drinking all together. I personally have dialed it back big time from my 20's and 30's. To me, I love the clarity, the way my body feels and the amazing sleep I get! Lots of good has come out of it.
But there may be things about going sober that you don't know. Like when to do it, or what is the hardest part, what to expect from your body, how long does it take to feel good, how do you know if you have a problem, can you still have fun, will you like yourself? Will you even know yourself?
Courtney Anderson is here to help. She hosts a podcast called Sober VIbes which dives deep into the good, the bad and the just plain hard about going sober. Her frank honesty and incredible sense of humor show us that you CAN get through the really difficult things and not only survive, but thrive.
