Interview with Miriam Hahn with You Care Self Care
How a Plant Based Diet Makes you Feel Amazing
When it comes to health and wellness, we can probably all do a little bit better. Not only is it good for our health, but when we eat and live better we FEEL better.
I have always been a firm believer in treating my body well. This is where healing begins. When we start with FEELING good, we are in the very best place to get all the other things - heart, mind and spirit aligned to a good place as well.
Getting started is so much easier than you think! It's actually quite simple - eat more plants and add nutritious foods in! Get curious and creative and most importantly - have fun with it and know that this is a gift you are giving to yourself.
In this episode I interview Wellness Coach Miriam Hahn, know for her beautiful, inspiring and creative Instagram recipes. She makes eating well look easy - AND most importantly fun and delicious!
In this episode we discuss -
How to be back to basics
How to make sense of diets and eating well (hint! It's a lot simpler than we are making it out to be!)
Where to get started with a lifestyle change
It's not about dieting, but about a healthy way of life
Easy ways you can incorporate more variety and creativity into your meals
How probiotics work
Why health and wellness is something in our lives we can learn and grow within
How fiber comes into play and why it's so crucial
This is the perfect time of year to take a pause and make some simple shifts that can change your overall energy and enthusiasm. Who wouldn't want to feel better everyday! I've accepted Miriam's challenge to try a new recipe each week. I hope you find a new way to feel better from this episode too.
